Delivery

Standard delivery is £2.50 and is offered at 3-5 working days from receipt of your order. 

Click and Collect

You can also choose to collect your orders free of charge from either of our shops in Hertford or Welwyn Garden City.

Once Messages has received the order, you will receive an option of collection slots to ensure social distancing is implemented at all times.

Click and collect orders must be paid for in advance online and proof of receipt must be shown.

Returns

We will happily exchange or refund goods within 14 working days from receipt of your item(s). Goods should be returned to us at your own cost within 14 days. A full refund including original delivery costs will be issued to the method used to make the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us in the original packaging, unopened and unspoilt. If an item is found to be faulty we will need to verify this and you must contact us immediately.
