Deliveries

Standard deliveries (£2.99) are sent using Royal Mail Service. Orders should be with you within 3-5 working days.
Express deliveries (5.99) are sent using Royal Mail Service. Orders should be with you in 3 working days.
The delivery prices quoted are for orders delivered within the UK and Northern Ireland only.

Picking and Packing
Once your order is recieved, it is packed and shipped according to the delivery option you choose.
When your goods are dispatched, we automatically send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched and the expected delivery date it will arrive.

Click and Collect
For your convenience, orders may also be collected from our Hertford branch free of charge. Please contact us to arrange a collection time.

How Long will my Balloons Last

11" latex balloons generally last between 12-20 hours filled with helium.
Foil balloons last approx 5-7 days.
Air filled balloons generally last for a couple of weeks, but will not float.
